Answers to common questions
What type of payments do you accept?

You can pay with any major credit card or instant bank transfer through PayPal. You do not need an account to submit payment using PayPal.

How long does the whole process take?

The time to complete your project will vary based on several factors, such as the size and complexity of the project and how quickly we receive your tracks. We will provide you with a time estimate once we have reviewed your project and have given you a quote.

How do I send you my reference/scratch tracks?

You will receive instructions on the various ways to deliver your tracks to us. Various methods include FTP, online services such as YouSendIt and sending us a CD/DVD. Check the Tips page for some reference track preparation tips.

Will I get to preview the final drum tracks?

Yes. After we complete your drum tracks, we will provide you with an MP3 file to review. If it meets your complete satisfaction, you will receive the final, multi-track files.

Can I ask for changes?

Of course! We do not charge for minor changes like most other drum recording services. However, there may be additional fees if there are lengthy or significant change requests. Any additional fees will be discussed with you ahead of time.

What format will the final drum tracks be in?

All the individual drum tracks will be recorded as WAV or AIFF files (your choice) and at the sample rate and bit depth of your choice.

How will I receive the final drum tracks?

You will have the option to either download your final drum tracks or have them sent to you on CD/DVD. The final files are very big, so only select the download option if you have a broadband internet connection.

What software is needed to use the final drum tracks?

You can use our tracks with any audio software or DAW (Digital Audio Workstation). Just import all of the individual tracks to the starting point of your project file and you are ready to start mixing.

Can I use the final drum tracks in my other projects?

Yes. You are licensing the drum tracks we send you and may use them in any way in your own personal songs and productions. There are a few limitations, however. Please see the Custom Drum Track Usage section on the Terms and Conditions page for more details.

Do I need to credit you for your work?

While it is not necessary, we would certainly appreciate being given credit for our work. Including a link to our site is also very much appreciated.
